I travelled with the Pragathi Travels a couple of days back. I was in a rush as my dad was feeling unwell and had to reach the hospital which was 6 hours away as soon as I could. I booked a seat with Pragathi Travels and to my surprise they helped me reach before the time of arrival.
I travel a lot for work from Parchur in buses and have travelled with almost all bus services. Since my first ride with the Pragathi Travels I have been their regular customer. The reason is their luxurious buses and their reasonable rates.
Truly very satisfied. My journey from Inkollu with Pragathi Travels was too good. Although, it was a long journey I enjoyed it. Nice amenities and a luxurious bus! I couldn't wish for a better bus. I chose the single berth which was cozy. The drivers were very humble and they took good care to make our journey smooth. No sudden breaks / rash driving. I wasn't much tired after taking up such a long journey. Nice journey and great service.
Their drivers are very helpful. Once, my parents were travelling from Hyderabad. I booked tickets for them with Pragathi Travels, but as I was in a rush, I booked the upper berths for them. Now I was in a fix that how could my parents climb to the upper berth with their knee pain (due to old age). I requested the bus driver and he talked to some passengers and convinced one of them to swap their berths with us. I was really thankful to the Pragathi Travels driver and I have written this review just to acknowledge his selfless nature.
